Located in Shenzhen—the core city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area—it specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of FPC connectors, wafer connectors, FFC flexible flat cables, and pin headers and sockets. The company’s factory covers an area of 8,000 square meters and employs over 300 staff members. It is equipped with the world’s most advanced fully automated production and testing equipment, including Japan’s FANUC high-speed injection molding machines, gantry-type high-speed punching presses, fully automatic assembly machines, fully automatic CCD packaging inspection machines, fully automatic FFC film cable assembly equipment, fully automatic calendering machines, fully automatic molding machines, and more than 500 sets of various plastic and metal molds. The laboratory is outfitted with a comprehensive array of quality-testing equipment, such as an eight-zone reflow soldering oven, Fischer film thickness gauge, fully automatic plug-and-pull tester, high- and low-temperature environmental test chambers, fully automatic salt-spray testing chambers, vertical and horizontal projectors, two-dimensional image measuring instruments, and micro-resistance testers, providing a reliable guarantee for consistent product quality. The company strictly adheres to quality management systems including ISO9001, ISO14000, and IATF1694 in its production operations and has obtained numerous invention patents, utility model patents, and independent software copyrights.
